Enjoy! •Craftsman Bungalow House with front porch, just a few minutes from the Bentonville Square, Trails, & Museums!! •This house is an open floor plan, split rooms from the master and the other rooms. Total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (Master BR closet has a pack & play and changing mat available for babies/toddlers). •Open kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room with washer & dryer with detergent & fabric softener provided, big garage to park your vehicle and store your bikes/equipment (garage includes bike rack & hose to wash your bike), and front porch with rocking chairs (extra chairs in the laundry room). ***Open to Short term & Long term Rental***

Four of us stayed in this cute craftsman house for a weekend of mountain biking on the nearby trails. The house is completely updated while maintaining lots of historical charm. It is spotlessly clean and is well appointed with everything you could need. It is only five short blocks to downtown Bentonville with countless great restaurants and bars. Nikki and Anthony made check-in as simple as could be and responded promptly to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay at this home and will definitely be back! We spent the weekend here for the Bentonville half marathon and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the square. The place was very clean and had everything you needed. The local recommendations provided by the host were also a plus.

We are minutes from Downtown Bentonville. You can walk or bike around to get to all hot spots in the area. Driving is a few minutes away and there are parking garages available at the square and the museums.
