We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zac’s A-Frame! The house is very well thought out and still looks brand new. The setting is scenic and peaceful, while still close to essentials. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and beds very comfortable. It is rare to find a house this size with three kings. The hot tub was a great bonus too. They even had a Pack ’n Play available, which was nice when traveling with a toddler.

Like many other reviewers, everyone had a great time and enjoyed the stay! What we loved: Rooms spaced out on different floors; house was more spacious than it seemed in photos (easily stored bikes downstairs with the murphy bed in use!); hot tub was easy to use; kitchen had all the dishes and spices we needed; washer/dryer were great; EV charger was much appreciated; outdoor furniture was great for relaxing while we used the smoker, stargazed, and firepit; easily fit 3 vehicles in the drive and able to park another at an angle in the rock area; fully stocked linen closet; appreciated YouTubeTV; very responsive hosts; AC worked great. If we had to list a few cons: Living room furniture was not great for hanging out and the upstairs loft would have been more functional with a sofa or lounge chairs (downstairs sofa was amazing though!); A windy day left us without power for a few hours, which they said happens sometimes; a few chairs on the lower-level patio would have been nice.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at the A-frame. It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the trail accessibility and proximity to Bentonville. The place is beautiful and well-equipped with everything you need for your stay. We'll be back!
