We had a fun stay here. Quiet, easy access to store and highway. Checkin was very easy and everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were a treat with nice shower heads and plush towels. Christina kept me informed every step of the way and was very quick to respond to any questions. The first afternoon we enjoyed a nice walk to the dam. The kitchen was functional, but tight. The main eating table was a squeeze. For the number of people the unit sleeps, the table should have been MUCH larger, but we managed. Christina notified us before we arrived that the tram to the dock was under repair. Without the tram, the slope was too steep to safely navigate. This was unfortunate because the little ones were excited to go fishing. However, Christina arranged for it to be arranged for the last day of our stay and then comped us an extra night.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Our family needed a get a way to unwind & relax after burying my mother. We had 7 adults travelling from Arizona, Illinois & Michigan; ages 24-80. We were very comfortable. Christina was responsive before & during our stay. Instructions were well communicated. Easy check in & entry. Extremely clean. Never encountered a bug in 8 days. Very well stocked. We arrived late on the 1st day & the grocery store was closed. We were pleasantly surprised that there was coffee & tea, creamers and sugar. Beds were very comfortable. We had 3 people w/ back issues & all said how comfortable the beds were. The view is amazing from inside the house, the deck area & the fire pit area. Before our stay Christina was transparent & let us know that the tram was not working. She gave us the option to go to another location. We chose to stay. Although us old folks missed going down to the dock area; we are glad we decided to stay at this house.

Wonderful location, great view, nice quiet neighborhood, multiple trails nearby, quick drive to Bentonville for more attractions and restaurants. Great for families!

Christina was a perfect host. She is very responsive and helpful. Bella Vista is absolutely beautiful and the property lives up to its expectations. The neighborhood is quiet, the scenery is beautiful. the people are friendly, and the house has everything you would need. It was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Even though we spent a week, I wish we could have stayed a month.

It was a great stay! Setup in the house and access to the lake was perfect. We would definitely stay again! Christina was quick to respond to any questions we had.
