Welcome to The Bike Villa - our bikeable and spacious three-story home in north Bentonville! Get ready to spend your next trip to Bentonville in style! Located ON the Tristan MTB trails, The Bike Villa will be the beginning of an unforgettable trip. When you're out of the saddle, your entire crew can spread out in this spacious three-story home, boasting 2 luxury master bedrooms, 3 living areas, a large, fully stocked kitchen,  2 outdoor patios, and a foosball table! Offering amenities for up to 16 people, our three-story, 8 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is the perfect blend of spaciousness, luxury, and convenience! The space: Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our home's serene landscaped path to the front door and charming front patio. When entering the home you will first walk in to see our formal dining room with seating for 8 people and to the left is a foosball table! Keep walking in and you will find our kitchen and living room. Our living room is complete with a comfy couch, two lounge chairs, an easy-to-use remote-controlled fireplace, a 55-inch Samsung TV and Sonos sound system, this is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee. Our kitchen area is open concept with the living space and includes another table for 6, a kitchen island, high-end amenities and appliances, a ton of built-in storage and direct access to the back porch. Downstairs on our ground floor, you'll find our second living area and kitchenette. Here, you'll find a couch, a 65-inch TCL Roku with a DVD player, board games and direct access to the backyard. The kitchenette features a microwave, coffee maker, and a four-top dining table. Upstairs you'll find ANOTHER living space. This area features a couch, 55 inch Roku tv, and desk and chair.  When it's time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our EIGHT private bedrooms. On the main floor, (1) our first Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, closet, 42-inch TCL Roku TV and a grand en suite bath with Jacuzzi tub.  Downstairs, (2) our second Primary suite has a King-size bed, closet and en suite bath that also connect to the hallway. (3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath. (4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.  Now upstairs (5) our fifth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and nearby bath. (6) Our 6th bedroom has a Queen-size bed,  Pack-N-Play, closet, and nearby bath. (7) Our seventh bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, closet, and nearby bath. Lastly, past the upstairs living room is bedroom (8) featuring two twin sized beds and a small table and chairs for kids.  Outside, unwind on our double-decker back patio! On the lower level, you'll find seating, string lights, a log fire pit, and our path leading directly to the Tristan bike trail! On the upper patio you will find seating for 9 people, a table, fire pit, gas grill, and views of the beautiful wooded area behind our home.  Other things to note: ★ Direct Access to the Tristan MTB Trail!  ★ MTB-friendly!
