Plenty of space for our large group of 10 plus a baby. Fun activities with the hot tub and ping pong table to entertain the kids as well as some games to play. Felt at home!

Great house in a great location. The house had everything we needed for a family bike trip to Bentonville. The location couldn't be better. The kids loved the ping pong table.

This place had lots of space for multiple families and a great location. We really enjoyed to screened in porch! It felt like a rental with the cheap finishes and miscellaneous repair needs though.

Such a great location! This is a great option for a large group or family wanting to ride Coler from the house. Plenty of space inside and the garage had all the essentials. The kids enjoyed the back yard and hot tub too.

Our stay was great! Plenty of bed space and loved being so close to Coler. The attached garage was perfect for our bikes and gear. Kitchen could have been better stocked with additional cookware. Loved having the hot tub and it was fun to watch the neighborhood cats out the back window.
