Great location for cycling. Spacious, cute house. Great bike storage. We could walk downtown from here - longer than most people may want but felt good to us after sitting hours on a saddle.

Super smooth experience from check-in to check-out with clear instructions. House was clean, pretty well organized (kitchen cupboards were a bit of a mish-mash but serviceable) and had plenty of space for the family. Having a fenced in backyard was a huge plus since we brought our dog and the girls loved the trampoline. For me the best part was being well within riding distance of both Coler (~5min) and Slaughter Pen (~8min). Would definitely recommend checking this place out for your next Bentonville trip.

We enjoyed are stay at Marla's, we actually stay at many Airbnb's in the area and around the country, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Marla’s house is amazing! This was our favorite ever Airbnb. The house is so very comfortable and stylish. Master bathroom is a dream! Kitchen is roomy and great for feeding a family. Living room is perfect for family movies. Garage held our bikes and gear and also was a perfect spot to set up our trainer bike for those in our family with mileage training goals. Hot tub is lovely and private. Access to grocery store, trails, bike shops, museums, downtown, etc. is perfect. Neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We’ll be back!! (And we hope to be able to have friends rent a nearby house!)
