The Singletrack Shack is right in the center of the mountain biking capital of the world! Slaughter Pen Trails is right in the back yard with a trail head in the neighborhood. Singletrack Shack is newly renovated throughout with an open floor plan. There's plenty of space to eat and lounge and plan your day.
All throughout the home there is luxury vinyl plank flooring, brand new furniture, and smart TVs to stream your favorite entertainment.
The Singletrack Shack is furnished in modern contemporary décor, but what we love is that its comfortable and inviting. This home is great for all types of groups.
This home has 2 levels. The main level houses the kitchen, living room, sitting area, 1/2 bath, & master bedroom with in suite bathroom, total 2 beds (1 king & 1 twin roll out cot). It also has access to the back deck with a gas grill and steps down to a wood burning fire pit. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, total of 7 beds (king, queen, twin loft, 1 twin over twin bunk, 1 twin over twin trundle), & bathroom.
The two-car garage is large enough to store bikes and equipment. It's fully equipped with a bike rack, bike stand, tool chest and a set of tools to make any bike repairs you may need.
Kitchen area has a bar counter with 4 barstools, dining table has 8 chairs, plus an additional sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee.
