Welcome to the best area of New Jersey. This Duplex is completely new and has been fully renovated from the floors to the ceilings. All appliances are brand new never used. We took our time putting this place together so that when you come and drop your bags you can relax. we take pride in going the extra mile with the beautiful details that you will see as you walk around the 1200sq ft Duplex. When entering you will see a large kitchen and new 55" tv Then upstairs the lounge and huge bedroom. Downstairs you enter a large kitchen and living room area with a beautiful new 55"tv. The hallway is nicely designed Down the hall passing the marble floor bathroom Then heading upstairs there is soft carpet that leads to the upstairs lounge where you can relax. Our stay there was very pleasant . I cant begin to tell how Guy was helpfull to us even before arrival we needed to switch the days for early arrival it was great that he had second unit there and was able to accomodate us , so we didnt had to make a move somewhere else , he also allowed my emotional dog to stay with us that was very important for me . The apartment was very clean and cozy , we had everything we needed there. Convienence of the town was perferft the town had so much to offer . Parking we never ran in to the issue he had a parking behind the building but in a months stay we used it twice as there was plenty of street parking that we could use right acroos the the entrance.. Neighbors wore very friendly people. Guy was very attentive he checked on us how are we doing do we need anything which was very sweet of him to be considered. I would come back there always . I Loved this place so much ! The bedroom facing the pretty lights across the street was nice, loved the big tvs, I also loved the coffee flavors they provided ! Cozy serene place and I would love to come back !

I stayed for three months and it was a very pleasant experience. I was sad to leave and would love to come back! The apartment is stylish and cozy, the area is a friendly neighborhood and the park in front of the house is well used by students or sports groups. Bloomfield Ave is right around the corner, to get to the great restaurants it's only a ten minute walk. Guy was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I recommend staying here!!

Wonderful place to stay! I absolutely loved my stay. Place was very clean and Guy is a wonderful host, absolutely delighted to stay at this place.
