Wonderfully quaint, and perfectly distanced from the business of Pearl Street. We enjoyed her hospitality and the excellent amenities. It was a joy to stay here, 5 stars!

Mary’s place was an amazing experience as a first time user of Airbnb and my first time traveling alone. I was definitely scared at first because of the amount of horror movies I’ve watched that made me feel really scared at first, but it turned out to be perfect, literally. The apartment basement was loaded with amenity and was really quiet and peaceful. I loved the movie posters in the room too. I also was a little shy and barely at the place most of the day so I didn’t speak to Mary at all, however I know she would’ve been there if I had any questions or concerns. It quickly felt like home after two days. If you are reading this, this is your sign to book Mary’s house for your trip to Boulder!!!

Mary’s Place was fantastic! Her home is is in a quiet neighborhood, but super close to all of the cool stuff that Boulder has to offer. Exceptionally clean and tidy. The basement “apartment” has its own entrance, but the entire house is completely open for use. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of adventuring (or before). Mary lives in the home and is responsive when you need her, but not, in the least bit, intrusive. There is a washer and dryer in the basement - which was very much appreciated. Everything a traveler needs is there. If you need groceries or a healthy snack, be sure to visit Lucky’s Market - a short walk from Mary’s home. And do yourself a huge favor and try Mary’s homemade granola - it’s the best I’ve ever had! Five Shining Stars! ⭐️

Staying in Mary's basement apartment was cozy and comfortable and easy. She's kind and very thoughtful, having many little details that added warmth and comfort. The neighborhood also very quiet and the bed super comfortable. Sleeping was a dream!

It was wonderful to stay at Mary’s place. It’s comfortable, good location, there’s a jacuzzi and Mary is so welcoming and a super nice host. I enjoyed my time there and felt cozy and relaxed. Thank you Mary for making me feel at home.
