I can't begin to describe how peaceful my time at the loft was, so many stars in the sky and perfect silence... exactly the break from city lights and sounds I needed! The space is cozy, clean, and bright. It was fun to sit out on the lawn behind the barn and watch the donkeys and ponies in the afternoons. The Wi-Fi was great - I was able to work a few days during my stay. Teresa answered a few questions very quickly plus she and Charlotte let me and a friend meet the horses and ponies with them one afternoon! Lovely to chat with them both!

We had a great stay with our 3 year old! He loved seeing the animals and we loved the peace and quiet. 12 minute drive to Emerald Isle too, so we spent much of our time there during the day! This was the perfect getaway spot!

Teresa and her daughter Charlotte were welcoming hosts. Always kind with lovely conversation. They were nice to my dog Rose and made us feel right at home. They allowed us to check in a little early as our previous AirBnb had been damaged in the storm and we had no where to go. They were our home away from home while my house was being upgraded. I loved that huge loft apartment and the views of the pastures, horses and donkeys. So lovely. I told them if they ever went condo, I would buy. This is highly recommended for a short or mid length stay.
