15 minutes from harbours of Lymington & Christchurch, 30 minutes from the famous Bournemouth beaches & bustling Southampton, this 3-bed semi has private gardens, off road parking and plenty of available additional parking. There's a handy field and children's playground at the end of the road. Property has Volt M125 Fibre Broadband. 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom/small twin bedroom (suitable for one adult or 2 children). One bath/shower room, one ensuite shower room, one downstairs utility room. Good size lounge/diner with French doors leading to the patio. Garden has patio furniture, firepit and rotary washing line. Dogs are welcome in downstairs areas and gardens.

Julie was a superb host. Very friendly and amenable. We all had a great stay
We had a wonderful time at Julie's place. She was very easy to communicate with and always helpful. We were even allowed to stay on after check-out time which meant we could enjoy the house for a little bit longer. Spacious accommodation with a large lounge and three decent bedrooms. The two bathrooms and additional toilet downstairs were modern and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and Julie kindly left bread, milk, pancakes and drink for us. The wood burner was a real bonus in the evening and the wrap-around garden would be ideal for summer days. Excellent location in a quiet close, yet only a few minutes' drive from the sea. Off-street parking very welcome. Highly recommended.
We (4 adults, 1 child) had a very comfortable stay at Julie’s house. It’s a lovely home and kitchen has everything you need. Julie very kindly kept basic food items for us to have a super start. There were loads of board games, books, lovely garden spaces and you’re spoilt for choices. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed and had a great time :)
Lovely house in great location. 1 bedroom had lovely ensuite with a huge shower. Julie left us tea, coffee, cereal etc and even a bottle of wine. Great host who communicated really well.
Julie was a fantastically accommodating host and we very much enjoyed our stay here. She very kindly left some milk, tea, coffee, bread and even a bottle of bubbles for us which was a lovely thought. Good location and extremely quiet!

10-15 minutes' walk from the small town of New Milton (boasting several coffee bars, a pub and shops, including M&S Foodhall). There is an excellent range of pubs and restaurants just a short drive away both forest and coastal.
There's lots to do from paddle boarding and kayak hire to Level 2 Powerboating (I can highly recommend the West Solent Sea School). There's horseriding nearby along with pottery making for all ages, the Sammy Miller Motor Museum and Bournemouth air balloon flights. All accessible by car are Longdown Dairy Farm, Marwell Zoological Park and Paulton's Park.
Train station is 15 minutes' walk away giving you access to many towns and cities (London is 2 hours away). Bus stops are just a few minutes' walk from the property. The New Forest Tour Buses provide ample sightseeing opportunities with three routes taking in the wonderful Exbury Gardens, the Beaulieu Motor Museum, Burley, Fordingbridge and Lyndhurst to name but a few.
