The kitchen looks out to the patio area with table, chairs and parasol if you would like to enjoy a drink or some food outside. The extendable dining table and four chairs inside can also be used as a workspace if you need it. The lounge offers a large L-shaped sofa with plenty of room to put your feet up and enjoy the Smart TV with Sky Sports/Movies via the Virgin Box, and you can also log into your Netflix or YouTube account via the WIFI. Off the lounge area is a hallway, with a coat/storage cupboard, giving access to the bathroom and bedroom. The modern bathroom gives you the choice of a shower cubicle or a bath with plenty of hot water and soft towels. Lots of storage space in here for all your toiletries! You will find lovely riverside and woodland walks a few minutes away from the house and you can take a leisurely walk into Oxford via the River Thames in around 45 minutes. The Ring Road is a few minutes’ drive away, giving you access to the A34, A40 and A420 and surrounding areas.
