We had a wonderful stay at Joanne's cottage. It's right on the river and the views from almost every room are beautiful. It was very comfortable and adorably decorated, and the location was perfect for us - we were visiting our child who attends UNH. Joanne was super responsive and even loaned us a poncho one day when it was rainy.

This is cute cottage overlooking a saltwater estuary. You can watch the tides and rowing crews glide by. Nicely appointed. Very close to Portsmouth, Dover and Durham/UNH.

Joanne was extremely helpful and responsive! The place was great and well worth the money. I will definitely try to book it again next time we're in the area.

This is a beautiful place on the Piscataqua River. Amazing Sunrise views across the water. Close to Portsmouth, Dover and Durham. A perfect location. Joanne was an amazing host and her spotless house was perfect for our group. This is on my list for a future visit!

We had a lovely stay at the river cottage for a long weekend and family wedding nearby. The view from the sitting room is stunning, there are also sitting locations around the house with water views. Lots of choices for coffee pots: French press, drip, or espresso! We were able to eat a few meals here and use the kitchen to cook. Appreciated having an iron and hair dryers and shampoo, etc! And a washer dryer too. Portsmouth NH is a fabulous little town as is Ogunquit, Maine. Enjoy your stay! Beds were comfy!
