This was our first time with airBNB - and Anna and her property was great above of all our exceptations! We couldn't imagine better host! She was very helpful with everything, had a great attitude to be ready to advice us, if we just had anything to ask. Additionally we got plenty of tips and recommendations and brochure . She arranged top-quality MTBs for us, so we didn't have to waste our valuable holiday to rent them. Property has all the necessary utensils and they are of good quality. The location was excellent for mountain biking, it was easy to reach several guided and pre-planned routes. Train-connection to Rome was handy and Anna recommended which station to use to have a free parking - and had as well information of Rome as Bracciano surroundings. We think Anna was ready to ask anything - no matter what your interest as! At least for us rental car was a must, althouhg there are for example pizzerias/tavernas nearby at walking distance, but to supermarket was a little longer trip. The wifi worked without problems and was handy. boThere would have been lot of TV channels, but we had better things to do at holiday:) The only thing I missed was a manual or "hand-held" shower. It was quite warm weather (appr. 23 -28 C) at late September, and it was quite comfortable witout airconditioning.

Exceeded expectations. Anna was a great host and went above and beyond. Great house and the pool was a massive plus because the weather was so hot. Will definitely come and stay again and bring more friends to stay in the other apartment which shares the pool And outdoor communal area.
