We had an incredibly magical stay in Nigeen. All of our contacts in Srinagar were blown away by the house and kept asking us how we found it. Firstly, we truly felt safe and secure in this house so we were able to enjoy our vacation without any stress. Second, the house is an absolute hidden gem and it truly felt like waking up in a movie scene every morning. Lush greenery all around, birds chirping, a lake in the backyard, and an absolutely magnificent old-world interior design transported us into paradise. If you are looking for a stay that fully captures the essence of Kashmir’s beauty and culture, please look no further. What made the stay truly spectacular was the kindness of Amir Bhai, Nadeem bhai, and the other gentleman on the property. In addition to greeting us with delicious kahva and cake. They were always there to answer questions and responded extremely quickly. As we plan our next trip to Kashmir, we will absolutely be staying here again!

Had the most amazing experience at the property, it’s a huge property with ample space for everything, the best part of the house is the living room and the resourceful kitchen. We were a family of 10 people including 2 small kids and senior citizens, each one thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the property. Can’t praise enough!!

Staying at Zakiya's property was truly exceptional. From the impeccably designed rooms to the unparalleled service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. While the location was slightly distant from the city center, the upscale and pristine surroundings more than made up for it. My family had an incredible time, making our overall experience nothing short of superb.

Our experience at this home was nothing short of magical. It has 5 spacious rooms and every room has heater and mattress heater too. There is only 1 private bathroom and 2 shared bathrooms. The kitchen is very organized and overall the entire house was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. Although there is a shortage of electricity in entire region, this home has adequete backup to cater to our needs. The surroundings were simply breathtaking, its away from the usual hustle and bustle of the city, which is what we wanted. But what truly set this home apart was the expectional hospitality of the house helpers - Aamir, Nadeem and Ovaiz. They were always on hand to cater to our needs with a smile. We recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Srinagar.

We stayed with my family at Zakiya's place for 2 nights. The place was exactly as mentioned in the listing. Zakiya was proactive to inform us about the rooms being on 1st floor as we had our parents travelling with us. Our host Amir was very helpful and showed us around the place and all its amenities and the nearby restaurants which could deliver food. Pros: Beautifully done up rooms and living area Kitchen had all basic utensils available. Outside area was nice and clean We had the whole house to ourselves, and we loved spending time in the living room around the wood fire heater. Cons: The bathrooms needed cleaning. The utensils in the kitchen were not clean. Overall, a nice quiet peaceful stay. Would recommend to other travelers.
