Great vibe, beautiful cenote and pool the rooms where aesthetically pleasing
This place is super cute and worth the price. Location was excellent and the resort is nice, specifically the large pool and sun beds right outside the private pool. The AC worked great. There are some issues about it though! WiFi wasn’t reliable, we got a notification one day that the bill wasn’t paid. The host fixed this fairly quickly. There weren’t 3.5 bathrooms like listed, there were 2.5 (one bathroom had 2 shower heads, I assume they count that as a separate shower but it’s not). There were 2 sliding doors that didn’t lock, luckily they weren’t the front facing ones. Still not great traveling as a group of females. There were ceiling holes in the bathrooms. Overall a good stay worth the price, this was my 4th time to Tulum and the cheapest/shortest stay so overall it was fine!

I know some people are concerned about the Wi-Fi. The wifi does not work in the bedrooms but if you need to work, it’s great in the living room. Great price (at the moment) for the place! It’s absolutely stunning. I would recommend planning to enjoy the Airbnb for half a day since they also have a cenote close by. The hosts were very helpful. We had minor issues but the host was great and once again. Just like the pictures and very clean.
L appartement est magnifique Couchage jusqu’à 8 personnes possible Ok peut facilement vivre dans l appartement en cas de mauvais temps car celui ci est très grand L espace extérieur prive est petit mais pratique, une grande piscine chauffée est présente et accessible dans les parties communes Une boulangerie française est très proche mais il faut prendre la voiture Pour toute les sorties il fut être véhiculé ce le logement est loin sans être loin (proche de tout mais pas à pied) Le quartier est en plein travaux mais nous n avons pas suivi de nuisance Je recommande
