沟通：极其糟糕的沟通交流，入住之前说要交付押金才可以发送门锁密码，那么交付押金的网站根本读取不成功，试过很多次，在这个过程中我们站在门外下雨打电话给房东团队打电话一个小时也没人接，等到回复电话的时候也没有半点歉意，非常机械的让我们交付了押金，对此我跟丈夫表示这是非常糟糕的体验。 房东互动：最基本的诚信都没有，欺骗住客。 设施：为什么我说欺骗？因为我们入住后空调没办法运作，最基本的空调无法开机，并且没有制冷剂，我们整晚无法入睡，也没有办法开窗户因为全都是蚊子还有隔壁邻居的吵闹声，我们尝试跟房东团队沟通，告知说第二天来维修，那么第二天我们故意留好了遥控器的位置，还有门锁状态，我们出门后打电话说在中午12-13点上门维修，事后发信息告诉我们修好了，当我们回去后，发现根本就没有人来过，再次跟我说要等我们退房后那一天才能来修理，这是最基本的入住设施，没有准备好给客人入住，还要欺骗我们，一直找借口说这个问题解决不了，也没说自己是欺骗我们。如此糟糕透顶的服务团队。 设施：枕头非常高非常硬，并且很大，他们团队根本没考虑过睡觉的人是不是舒服，只考虑枕头是不是好看。我认为运营团队根本都没有住过这个房子，因此不知道这一切有多糟糕。 建议：希望大家去选择不是这个运营商的房子入住，这是我们在巴黎最糟糕的事情，没有之一。

The location is absolutely perfect! It's one block away from Bon Marche which we shopped at everyday for croissants, baguettes, butter, and other groceries. The apartment is steps away from a small park with playground, ice cream and crepes, and a couple of blocks from a metro station. If you want to be away from all of the tourists and find out what it feels to live like a local, this is the place for you. The apartment perfectly accomodated our family of 5 with ease. We used the pull out sofa bed for our 10 yr old son and it was just as comfortable as the other beds in the apartment. The livingroom/dining/kitchen area is not big but you didn't come to Paris to hang out in the apartment. The space was perfect for our family to eat breakfasts and some late dinners. The apartment looks exactly like the photos that are posted. It has everything you need from functional kitchen, large refridgerator, and washer/dryer. Our family loved our time in this apartment!

The apartment is in a great location, it was very clean and communication with the host was very good. One word of caution, be aware that they will ask for a security deposit, we stayed just one night and we had to pay €1000 as a security deposit and even though we have checked out in the morning I am still waiting for their confirmation regarding the inspection that is due before they return my deposit, which is quite weird since if a inspection is needed it should be done right after checkout. They did mention a security deposit in the house rules, although it does not mention the value, but I missed that if I knew in advance about this €1000 deposit, I would never have gone ahead with it. I have always taken good care of every single Airbnb I have stayed and as much as I understand they want to protect the property I still feel that the idea of such a deposit shouldn’t be allowed in Airbnb If you are happy paying a deposit, this is still a great place to stay
