While the apartment is centrally located (restaurants, hospitals, banks, shops, etc. within max. 10min walking distance) it’s tucked away in a quieter corner of the old town. *Apartment* I rent 3 rooms in this apartment. If you’d like to rent both of them & have the apartment to yourself, just shoot me a message. The apartment is in one of the historic buildings of Stone Town and is made of coral stone. The great thing about that is: coral stone keeps the cool much more than concrete does. That means the atmosphere in the house is comfortable and doesn’t require an AC. In the apartment you also have access to a fully equipped kitchen. If you love to cook, a trip to the traditional market (Darajani) which is about 5min away by foot is a must. Then you can cook the fresh ingredients at home. Also available at any time & for free are the washing machine and the wifi. *Room* The room is spacious with a queen size bed. I love Zanzibari culture, so I decorated it with local art pieces. The bathroom is separate from the room and is shared with the other guest room. So, depending on whether both rooms are booked or not, you might have it to yourself or share it with the other guests. It’s a modern bathroom with high water pressure. I’m pointing that out because water pressure is often low in Zanzibar. *Support* I am available via the Airbnb app anytime you need me.
