You will have shared access to a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, with views over Elizabeth Bay; and adjacent a large outdoor balcony with seating and BBQ area located up the side stairs on level 1. There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer just down the hall from the apartment, available between 8.30am - 9.30pm $3 per wash. There is also a great laundromat over the road (Macleay St Laundrette) who can do bag wash and dry cleaning. Also note the building is high security with swipe only access points throughout, as well as dedicated building management onsite, and security. There is no parking on site but there is a parking station which you can pay for just 5 mins walk away (please contact Secure Parking Elizabeth Bay Rd). I keep a small supply of tea, coffee and sugar and a basic mixed pantry guests are welcome to help themselves to anything in the kitchen. I also keep basic toiletries including hand wash, hand sanitiser and body wash for your use.
