Hello, welcome my small bungalow. My house is a funky little house built in the 40's. It has some updates, but it is still as very small house of 800 sq ft, which means small bedrooms, small kitchen and small bathroom. I've rented a lot of airbnb's in the past and in my opinion my place is a great spot for a 2 to 3 day stay in Eugene, stays on the shorter side. There is a nice private space in the backyard.

Cozy place with everything we needed!
Clean, quiet and close to downtown and the university. Also had a great meal at a local restaurant. Sam is a great host!
The place is quiet and the beds are comfortable. However, it could use some sprucing up. There is no hairdryer and you can't really sit outside, as the chairs are dirty. The lawn is dead like most of the lawns in Eugene. The bathroom could use a new mirror and the place is kind of dark
It was one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at and my friend also liked it
