The house was perfect inside and outside. We had a great time and were very comfortable. The appliances are all new. Tons of thoughtful details. The photos absolutely reflect the house. The photo of the outside does not include any image regarding the left of the property. The houses in the neighborhood stop at this house and it turns into apartment complexes on the left. As with many places in America, there is a homelessness problem in Eugene. Across the street a group of homeless folks slept on a grassy lot the first of three nights we were there. On the other two nights homeless folks were going through our garbage cans next to the front door. We kindly asked them to move along which they did. We did not feel unsafe but were a little concerned as we are not from the area so were not sure whether or not we should be concerned. We really loved the house and had a great time!!

Very nicely remodeled and outfitted unit. Loved the finishes. Very convenient location. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Kitchen was great. Had some issues with wifi and TV but overall the stay was very nice.
