Ivan's place was very welcoming. The heating was on and was warmly light by lamps for our arrival. Lots of blankets to keep everybody warm and very comfortable lounges and bedding. Kitchen beautifully presented and clean with plenty of plates and glassware. Walkable distance to town centre, and wasn't too loud even through trainline was close by. Would recommend to others.

Ivan’s place was wonderful! Beautifully furnished with everything we could need for our stay. He was very responsive to our questions and happy to help when needed. Portacot and highchair were a great touch and saved us having to bring our own. Location was awesome too. Highly recommend!
