A few minutes away is the village of Telti, equipped with all primary services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Olbia airport and port are exactly 15 minutes away by car. Ideal for a family vacation, it is also great for groups of friends who want to spend a vacation with their children and let them play outdoors before or after a nice swim in the sea. A small group of friends can discover different beaches every day and in the evening, perhaps, go out in the nearby and lively city of Olbia. Once parked in the private parking area inside the property immediately after the external gate, you will enter our structure pampered by the sound of birds and the sea breeze, by typical Mediterranean vegetation and Sardinian monoliths at the two entrances to the house. Our facility, as you will see once you enter, features refined furnishings with cream white and aqua green colors that characterize it, with ample oriental references such as the living room fan imported directly from Thailand. As you can see, the love for nature represented by the many floral tributes blends harmoniously with the classic vintage style furniture revisited in a modern key. Everything is designed to welcome you to the Sardinian countryside, notoriously wild, in a personalized way by bringing you back to civilization with this elegant and refined style. The house is on two levels: the ground floor is characterized by two large external verandas (one front and one rear) where you can enjoy your breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Entering through the main door we find ourselves with a recently restored open space living room consisting of a gas kitchen, an electric oven, a dining table with 4/5 chairs, a bathroom complete with all sanitary facilities and shower. The second level, which is accessed through an internal staircase in typical Sardinian granite and marble, is made up of the sleeping area which has two bedrooms. One with a Queen-size double bed, with a large wardrobe, bedside tables and direct access to the upper external veranda. The second bedroom consists of 2 single bed and a large wardrobe. On the upper floor there is also a second bathroom complete with all sanitary facilities and a shower. The spaces are open, wide and bright. Throughout the house there are large and comfortable compartments where you can store personal belongings and suitcases. You will have 2 private parking spaces right in front of the property. The property provides a Smart TV in the living room and it is possible to access Netflix, Youtube and other applications thanks to the Wi-Fi connection. In addition, you will find towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, duvet, a Welcome Kit with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We ask you not to throw materials other than toilet paper into the toilet as this could cause blockage of the drain pipes and require intervention by a sewage truck. The location of the villa is ideal for visiting the natural beauties of Sardinia such as Tavolara Natural Park and Capo Coda Cavallo National Park, La Maddalena Archipelago National Park and the beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda. No less interesting to visit are Telti’s countryside completely untouched and immersed in forests of junipers olive trees and oaks. All necessary disinfection and sanitization measures are taken at each cleaning!
