This 1 bedroom Luxury suite is located on the lower level of a beautiful, gated multi-unit property. The suite is very luxurious and offers an abundance of amenities. Short walk to the beach and has plenty of nearby street parking. The Estate Suites are very centrally located We look forward to welcoming you to the Seagate Estate Suites! O&O Group Seagate Estate Suites – Suite 3 offers a clean, modern and spacious living area with two bedroom suites and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience and dining pleasure. The suite is appointed with 2 x 55” Smart TV’s (one in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen) for your viewing pleasure. Also, there’s no need to overpack - we've got you covered with sheets, towels, soap and shampoo as well as a complimentary washer and dryer to launder your clothing. Keep up to date with work and in touch with friends with our powerful gigabit wireless Internet for all your business and entertainment applications.

מתחרט על שסגרתי את הדירה הזאת והמארח עצמו ממש חוצפן הנכס שסגרתי אצלו כנראה לא היה מוכן אז על דעת עצמו הוא החליט להביא לי משהו אחר אף אחד לא דיבר איתי על זה פשוט ככה הוא החליט לבד שאני יקח נכס אחר שבכלל לא אהבתי והוא היה על הפנים לא היו ערוצים רלוונטיים בטלוויזיה אבל אמרתי לעצמי לפחות נטפליקס יכפר על זה וגם זה לא היה הייתי צריך לחזור לבית להביא מחשב נייד שלפחות יהיה לי משהו לראות והמארח לא זמין בכלל והוא לקח לי פיקדון של 1500 שקל על נכס שלא שווה כלום בקיצור הוא נוכל המחיר ששילמתי על הדירה ממש לא שווה את זה

Exceptional Stay in a beautiful private gated community of Rishon LeZion. Super friendly, always available when needed, and fully accommodating unit. This apartment has everything you need to feel like you are at home. Any time we needed something, even as simple as towels the team was available to respond to every single request. We even got the chance to meet the owner of the unit who is such a great guy and was very resourceful and even recommended great restaurants. Absolute perfect location, private, clean, beautiful and so close to everything especially the beach, malls and restaurants. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for the amazing stay and hospitality.

Nice small new apartment, suitable for a couple or family with 1 kid. 7 minutes walking to the lovely Rishon beach with cafes. 20 minutes walk to Bat Yam area, 20 min walk to the big supermarket, 5 min to small store. Nice and quiet area around. Everything necessary was provided, dishes for cooking , you can make a small meal for 2-3 people. Very service-oriented managers, friendly host. Apartment is on the ground (-1 floor) of the lovely villa, so there is only 1 window , which is in bedroom and small window in bathroom. Nice towels, beddings, like in a good hotel.

Magnificent Suite! Luxuriously appointed furnishings and design. Bedding was prestine! This suite is Spanking New. Correspondence with Orian the host was seamless and professional with a private concierge attitude. The Estate Suite is perfectly located in very private area of Luxury Villa's with close walking distance to a breathtakingly Gorgeous beach. Chabad house steps away. A truly 5☆ experience! Can't wait to get back. Thank you so much!

The Luxurious SeaGate Villa community hosts one of the largest Chabad Houses in Israel with extensive activities and surrounds the "Estate Suites" on the border between Rishon Lezion and Bat Yam with gorgeous Beaches, Outdoor dinning, Cafe's and Bars .
The neighborhood has plenty of parking spaces that you can find on the nearby street and for free.
The suites are really close to the beach, 4 minutes (!) walk.
Within walking distance of the neighborhood there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Hello! We are Orian Caspi and Ofir Pizanti, 28 years old, live in the center of Israel, and specialized in the Apartments Rental field. We offer our apartments for both short and long terms, and we work with international companies, tourists, and locals who are looking for a special and unique vacation in Israel. About ourselves: Orian – My passion for hosting people led me to give up a game of poker and a job in the financial field. Ofir – My family was in the restaurant business, and I learned the joy of providing excellent service at an early age. As soon as we started hosting, we established one very simple rule that guides us since then - getting to know a new person every day. We are huge traveling fans and in the past years we have traveled and been hosted in South America, United states, Europe and Asia. In our travels, we gained impressions and conclusions about hospitality and service, and the best ways to provide both. We realized that the walls are simply a backdrop for something we specialize in - people. We value your commitment to our highest standards of apartments, and our quick response time allows us to confirm that we are always here for you.
