La casa está muy bonita! Roberta siempre estuvo en comunicación conmigo y me ayudó a reservar transporte y un chef que nos hizo desayuno delicioso todos los días en la casa, muy amable y atenta. Recomiendo esta casa, está caminando del centro y es muy amplia.

Capri and Anacapri were very beautiful. Luca’s home location was centrally located, we found it to be a very peaceful area overlooking the sea, convenient to public transportation, restaurants and Capri. Luca’s caretaker oriented us to the home and was helpful. She helped to arrange a lovely dinner for us in Anacapri. Some of the equipment was in need of repair at the home but we were able to find a work around.

This place is in a convenient location to get on the bus and the view is amazing. The lady who greeted us upon arrival was very friendly. However there a couple misleading things. The upstairs balcony in photos belongs to the house above. There was one functional washing machine but no detergent so we had to go buy some. No dryer because it was broken. Internet in guest house doesn’t work. In the main villa internet doesn’t seem to reach the back room. Also the water shut off every few hours so we had to keep resetting the pump.

I am an avid traveler:air bnb, hostels, hotels, villas. Been all over and capri 3 times. Never left a review like this but this was such a terrible experience I’m compelled to leave one. I noticed the owner responds to other negative comments by dismissing them which is disrespectful but I’m being as fair and respectful as possible. There was false advertisement here. Many amenities missing (no pool and hot tube only a small dirty pool with “whirlpool” that didn’t work(I have pics how dirty it was). No outdoor umbrellas so can’t stay out and relax on loungers in day. Zero orientation. Lady that greeted us didn’t speak English (they wrote they speak English). Cleaning lady told us only call her as owner sailing, however no one responded for hours…very unprofessional. Tv, toaster, hair dryer all non functional. Washer broken. Dishwasher leaks. Zero help when we called to complain. “free late checkout for 3” but threatened us at 2:43pm to check out now or he’d charge us another 2000$!
