Hands down the coolest Air BNB I have ever stayed in! The mystery was fun to solve and reminded me of being in an escape room. My family also enjoyed the pool table. The decor and atmosphere was really neat. I was a little worried about the train and street noise but this turned out not to an issue and we all slept well. Would definitely recommend this place!

The place itself was just as advertised and super nice. The hosts were just as nice. I used this as a hotel aletrnative while traveling to Houston and really needed a good night sleep. I may have caught a heavier train traffic night than normal, but that can be an issue. They woke me up at least 5 times (they really must like their horns). I think a sound machine & ear plugs would have helped.

For her 16th birthday, we gifted our teenage daughter a night here with a few friends. Wallace and Ashley went above and beyond to make our daughter and friends feel welcome and made the night extra special by decorating the table with a birthday banner, sparkling juice, and a bouquet of flowers. They even placed candy and glow sticks in the safe. The glow sticks were perfect for our evening walk to the local ice cream shop just a short walk away on Main Street. The girls had an absolute blast solving the mystery! They also played games and sang karaoke. Coffee Records is also about a block away and would be perfect for coffee/breakfast after checking out, though they were closed for remodeling during our stay. The entire space was beautiful, and the shower was AMAZING Other things to do in the area include: Lake Catherine State Park~13 miles DeGray Lake Resort State Park~28 miles Hot Springs National Park~22 miles Northwoods Trails (mountain biking/hiking)~23 miles
