Drug addicts on street at entrance, no response from host after 8 attempts, no AC ( portable units but no way to expel exhaust), terribly loud location with street yelling and sirens, 4 washcloths for 6 people for 2 nights, one of three bedrooms so small you have to crawl over mate, no instructions for door entry key fob, sliding doors on bedroom broken so no privacy, one of three lights work in bathroom so impossible to see in shower or doing makeup. Very disappointing rental and NO response from host, calls or text. Host contacted us to request a five star rating!

Check-in was a very smooth process since we read their detailed check-in instructions before arriving. We communicated with mostly Julia, who was very responsive when we had updates and questions. The location was not a surprise with many people of needs on the streets. While the AirBnb street was generally better, we ended up avoiding some other streets to get around places, which was fine and ultimately worked out for the places we were trying to get to. When we had to walk through those streets, they were still fine since there were no interactions at all. We also used the 2-in-1 washer and dryer machine! The only heads up I wish I knew ahead of time is that washing and drying takes about 4-5 hours. Overall, we had a good experience. We love that the location is central to many good Asian restaurants and bakeries, all within 5 minutes of walking.
