The stay was great everything was provided the place was immaculate they had great hospitality they beds where so comfortable the pillows where plush and soft loved that they had tvs and air conditioning throughout the rooms and house they where very understanding of us leaving a half hour late loved the services would definitely rate them 5 stars

Ivy House was the perfect spot for our friend group trip to the Long Beach Grand Prix! The home is a short walk from 2 metro stations and a grocery store as well as several food options. The unit is laid out with plenty of sleeping space (3 bedrooms and 5 queen beds!), we had a group of 4 staying at the unit but could easily see coming back with our plus ones/a couple more friends in the future! John provided super clear instructions for arrival and check in, so even though we arrived late at night it was easy to get into the unit and get settled! He was also very responsive throughout our stay and made sure we had a local resource for any questions. We are hoping to make the Long Beach Grand Prix a recurring tradition and will definitely be looking to stay at Ivy House again if it's available next time we're back!

Great place with a nice, responsive host. We just had a quick stay in LA before departing for a cruise in the morning, it gave us exactly what we needed.

I’ve stayed at John’s listings twice now and both times have been perfect. Reasonably priced, close to transit and local sights. Absolutely recommend!
