Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with super soft sheets. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space with closets. If your things get wrinkled during your travels, an iron and ironing board are available to smooth them out. The living room has a very comfortable sofa and a futon with arrangement for dining and dedicate work space. Also, included is a 70in tv with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and all streaming at the fastest WiFi speed of 1GB. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials such as a Keurig coffee machine with K-cups provided, microwave, toaster. You’ll be fully stocked with coffee and few additional snacks to enjoy while you get settled in. There are dishes, bowels and silverware for your use. The fridge is 4.5Cu for you to use. Cleaning supplies are located by the sink. Enjoy the outdoor with private access to the Patio with seating. Guests enter through an independent walkway leading to the right side of the house. There is a smart lock with keypad behind the screen door for self check-in. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. **The thermostat is located upstairs so if you have a preference for temperature please let me know in advance. It is the lower level so it will be cooler than normal.
