THE AREA The Gleneagle neighborhood is nestled in a well established community with all original crafted homes.  Located in Northern Colorado Springs and surrounded by a fast growing landscape of new local businesses, exciting attractions and one of a kind restaurants populating the region you are sure to feel you are tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but still have all the comfy amenities you need. It is a quick 5 minutes to the entrance of The Air Force Academy. The Gleneagle community has walking trails and there is an adjacent open space with trails just to the south of the property. Another quick 5 minute drive to nearby attractions includes Top Golf, IFly Indoor Skydiving, Air 360 Trampolines, Magnum Shooting Range and the zippy go-karts at Overdrive Racing is sure to keep everyone entertained. Outdoor and cultural adventures include a 30 minute drive to the famous Garden of the Gods park, 35 minutes to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Cave of the Winds Mountain Park and the entrance to the iconic Pikes Peak (there is a new visitor center at the summit). Explore the nearby north region’s Old West heritage by panning for gold at the Western Museum of Mining & Industry. THE KITCHEN This lovely kitchen has a wonderful French Country cottage feel. Painted in soft palettes of greens and creams, cooking will seem more relaxing while preparing meals for those you love. This kitchen has all amenities and is awaiting your recipes of family and friendships.  The cozy sitting room adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast nook perfectly compliment each other for gathering while cooking, connecting and spending quality time together. THE GARDEN PATIO Dining Al Fresco on a warm summer evening can be one of the many highlights for your vacation.  Plenty of room to sit back, relax, and listen to the rustle of the wild grasses, as you watch the sun finds its way home for the night. The hot tub is a welcome get-away after shopping, hiking and or exploring all day.  The added ambience of the outdoor fire pit placed perfectly next to the pond is a welcome addition to help you find your zen. EXTRA OFFICE/PLAYROOM This large room with desk and chair can be used for workspace or as a playroom with an abundance of children's books and board games. There is children's equipment, a pack n play, gate and booster seat.  SLEEPING AND DREAMING 4  BEDROOMS, Sleeps a total of 10 4 bedrooms can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests and there is a sleeper sofa that accommodates 2. Based on availability, you can check in earlier than 3:00 pm for a $50 fee, and if available you can check out after 11:00 am for the same amount. WELCOME GUIDEBOOK Your welcome guidebook will be located in the house with information you will need. ADDITIONAL GUESTS There is a $25 fee per person/night for any guests above 8. This helps cover extra supplies, additional wear and tear on the home, higher utility bills and more. Please contact us if your guest count is over 8 guests as we will add that to your reservation. SMOKING To keep Glenmoor fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $300 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal.
