Peaceful and safe location. Maria was very helpful in answering our questions and accessible. The kitchen was lightly equipped compared to other properties. The beach gear was plenty. The pool and grounds were well kept. Very good place.

This is my first time coming to the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico. Now I do understand that we are on an island which does have a lot of humidity. My first week was spent in Luquillo. I would say I was in a fairly rough part of the island, which you should think have bugs. There were plenty of cats and dogs in that area in comparison and yet we still didn’t deal with the cockroach problem we had here in the “Serenity by the Sea”. This property is not maintenanced well and it sure shows from the cockroach issue in the whole unit to the growth on the mini split head unit in the kitchen. There was black growth on the diverter fins on the mini split. Some type of mold on the shower curtain in the secondary bathroom. So much for “Serenity by the Sea”. The HVAC compressor/fan on the penthouse floor is so loud you can hear it from the parking lot so if you wanted to enjoy the penthouse floor you had to shut the HVAC system off so anyone inside would sweat.

I would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. It was clean, comfortable, beautiful surroundings, and everything we needed was included. Beach towels, chairs, towels, the kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer was a plus. Sitting on the roof patio was beautiful at night. We felt safe here and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay! Very easy, clean apartment that suited my family well. We really love staying in this area and appreciate all of the amenities that came with Jennifer’s place.
