Perfect for a large group or family. We rented it fir my Dad's funeral but it would be perfect for a group traveling to NY city. There is s PATH train in Fair Lawn to NYC

*2.5 stars* We did not get what we expected based on the listing. It says guests get the "entire house" but there is someone else who occupies the garage/basement. The sound travels through the floor and Airbnb guests can hear voices/music clearly from the basement. The listing now explicitly states there is another guest but that wasn't added until we were already there. She referred to "shared space" in the listing - we thought meant owners' storage area (1/3 of the 1st floor was locked off from the Airbnb). The listing says there is a separate room with a door and a work area, but there is no such room. It also says there is a hot tub but there isn't. There are just 2 full size bed and 14 twins/bunks. No queen as listed. There are no dressers or night stands in any of the bedrooms - only place to put items down is on the floor or on the bunk beds. Positives: She let us check in early and check out late and had the 1st floor decorated for the holidays. Air temp was comfortable.

Good Location and Property. Host checked in with us to see how things were going . I would recommend straying here for big Families in need of many beds :)
