The deck outside of the Master offers a serene place to wake up or unwind! Second Bedroom offers a pyramid bunk, which is full sized bed on the bottom, twin size bed on top. Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - There is something for Everyone! Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away. This rental is NON smoking Pets are NOT permitted NO parties! This is a very cute property! Seems little, but is very big and spacious with an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area, and living room. bedrooms are down stairs and very cozy. Loved having a washer and dryer since my stay was a bit of a last minute decision. The host was very good at communicating and was easy to work with even though we reserved a few hours before check in. I definitely recommend this place and I would do my best to stay here again!
The location was great and the home was perfect! Nice view of the lake from the living room and master bedroom!
It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood the townhome was spacious enough for 4 of us. The only negative was A/C had a hard time keeping up with the heat in the afternoons so it was a little warm for us in the evenings. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.
Nicest air bnb we’ve ever stayed in no doubt!
