Loved the place. A couple of hiccups but nothing that was world ending and our vacation was fantastic!

The apartment is new, modern, clean, very nice, perfect for 2 couples. It has a good location (even though it's on the top of a short, unpaved road, this didn't bothered us and it's close to the city), the view is nice and it has a parking lot which is great. Regarding the communication with the hosts, we felt like we were talking with a robot not a human. Every reply was like automatic. They were supposed to give us check in details 24 hours before arival and we received them on the day we got there, after we wrote them. In the house rules, they said to thow out the garbage but there is no garbage bin outside, a neighbor said that you should put it in some boxes and leave it outside (the host didn't tell where they are or how to do it) and the biggest problem was the hand shower in one bathroom which was completely broken. We sent them pictures and their next response was: hope you had a lovely stay. Our advice: improve communication and everything will be perfect!

Piacevolissimo soggiorno a Polignano, in posizione strategica per la vicinanza al centro storico, ma che gode della tranquillità del quartiere. L’appartamento pulito e ben curato corrisponde a quanto visto in foto; l’host è stato sempre disponibile e reattivo alle nostre richieste.

Modern and comfortable apartment, really close to the centre (walking distance). We felt at home and we would choose to stay there again for our future stays in Polignano a Mare.

Great spot, great location, easy walk to everything. Clean, beds were comfy, apartment was modern with in floor heating. Apartment has enough room for 2 couples. Has a dedicated parking spot which is nice. Unfortunately the hot tub never worked for us. If we came back I would ask the host to pre heat the hot tub to a specific temperature when we get there so it’s actually usable. Would stay here again.
