Welcome to our BRAND NEW build home in the new community of Livingston. Our home has 5 full sized bedrooms, as well as 3 full bathrooms. The massive kitchen has all appliances & cooking items provided as well as an additional spice kitchen with secondary stove. The main floor has a bedroom and full bathroom, very accommodating for those with limited mobility. With 2 full living rooms, each with its own smart TV there will be tons of space to relax for everyone. We cannot wait to welcome you! SLEEPING: The most important part of our home - we're sure our brand new mattresses will not disappoint! The home has a total of 5 bedrooms, each room has one bed in it. There are 4 located on the upper level and one on the main level. The main level bedroom has one queen size bed, a nightstand for each person and clothing storage in the closet. This room is right off the front entrance and is great for anyone with limited mobility as there is a full sized bathroom next door. At the front of the house we have 3 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed and standard closet for guests belongings. One of the bedrooms has an office desk and chair for anyone working during their stay. The master suite is at the back of the home and is extremely spacious. There is a king size bed, night tables and lamps for each. Off the side of the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom, with separate toilet room and an adjoining walk in master closet. LIVING: There are two living areas in the home, the first on the main level and the second on the upper level. Upon walking into the home you will find our first living area in the open concept space. Large comfortable couch with tons of seating, flat screen smart tv and electric fireplace. This cozy and comfortable space is welcoming to all. Tons of natural light on the back wall with expansive views of north Calgary. The second living space is upstairs right when you come up the stairs. This room has both a sofa for seating and two chairs. You will find toys for the kids to play with, as well as some decks of cards and the TV for entertainment. Let the kids enjoy upstairs while you relax downstairs in front of the fireplace! EATING & DINING: The best part of this home is definitely the kitchen areas. We hope you enjoy this as much as we do! We put a lot of thought, care and attention into each guest's needs in the kitchen. We have tried to provide anything you may need when staying at our home! In the other details to note section please see our full list of kitchen items and supplies provided - we're sure it has everything you can imagine! The main kitchen area has all brand new stainless steel appliances, built in - double door fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and gas stove. The secondary spice kitchen has another full sized gas stove as well as a secondary sink and tons of pantry space. In the main kitchen you will find all the glasses & dinnerware you may need for serving and eating. An abundance of cookware, cooking utensils and small appliances are also available for you! We provide an array of spices too. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, there are 2 additional chairs for the table found in the home to seat a few more. The kitchen counter seats three additional guests, for those traveling in a larger group. The bar cart is equipped with glassware and tools related to cocktails, wine and spirits! BATHING: We have 3 full-sized bathrooms for our guests to use throughout their stay with us. On the main level we have a large walk in shower, single sink with lots of storage and one toilet. On the upper level at the front of the house there is a full sized bathroom for the 3 bedrooms to share. It has 2 sinks on either side in one area with a separating pocket door to the toilet and shower/tub combination area. This allows guests to get ready while someone else is taking a shower - great for busy families! The final bathroom is the master ensuite. This spectacular space has dual sinks, each with its own storage as well as a huge walk in shower with floor to ceiling glass. There is a large soaker tub and separate closed toilet area. ADDITIONAL AREAS: Other areas in the home worth noting are found here. The laundry room is located on the upper floor. It has a full sized washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board. We provide laundry essentials for our guests to use. You will also find spare towels of all sizes, supplies & first aid items! There is a deck at the back of the home off the kitchen area. The backyard will be finished by fall 2023 so there is currently no grass or fence on one side. The backyard is shared with the basement tenants. PARKING: The garage is a double car space and fits two small cars/crossover SUVs comfortably or one larger vehicle. There is 1 additional parking stall on the right side of the driveway. There is a deck at the back of the home off the kitchen area.
