Entire luxury home with brand new 7-person hot tub. Perfect for couples or families (2900 Sq Ft.). Ultra-fast wifi with boosters on every floor. This beautiful, executive home is only 10 minutes north of downtown. Enjoy a sprawling, modern living space in a quiet neighborhood, steps to parks and pools with easy access to downtown and Kensington! I provide every amenity I want in my own home: premium linens/beds/pillows, spare toothbrushes, endless staples and more. This newly built detached home comes with all the high-end finishes. There are real hardwoods throughout the main and upper level, with plush clean carpet in the finished basement. Upstairs you’ll find a stunning master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, new Tempur-Pedic king bed, and ensuite washroom. The ensuite washroom is a luxury spa oasis with a deep soaker tub, rain shower, double sinks and heated floors. Upstairs there is also a guest room with a queen Tempur-Pedic bed, right next door to a second full washroom with a tub and shower. The main floor is an open concept with a beautiful chef’s kitchen and an island that seats four (additional stool added since photos). There is a 65" Samsung Frame TV and gas fireplace. It's the perfect spot for the family to cozy up and watch a movie. In the basement is a large living area and new 65” smart TV that’s great for games. There is another large bedroom, new Restonic king bed, TV, and a third full washroom. This space is perfect for large families or couples (three couples, for example, could each have their own full washroom). There is a fourth bed in the pullout sectional in the living room, this bed is ideal for one adult or two small children.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Paul's Airbnb! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, Paul's hospitality was outstanding. He was proactive in ensuring that our check-in process was seamless, providing detailed instructions well in advance. Throughout our stay, he remained easily accessible and promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had. Paul's attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience and made us feel incredibly welcome. The location of the Airbnb couldn't have been better. Nestled in a charming neighborhood, it offered the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. We were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to go to including the airport. As for the Airbnb itself, it exceeded all of our expectations. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, it immediately felt warm and inviting.
Would happily move in immediately and stay forever. I loved the Airbnb. Check in was super easy and there was even a birthday gift and flowers for me on arrival. Paul went above and beyond to prepare the Airbnb for my friends and I. The hot tub is the reason we booked Paul’s Airbnb and it’s super private. Tons of parking and enough space for my group of friends. I liked the location as well and it’s a quick 10-15 min Uber ride downtown. I’d 100% recommend staying here.
I had a fantastic experience staying at Pauls's Airbnb. Communication was excellent, and the property was even better than described. It was sparkling clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Paul was incredibly hospitable, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again in the future.
Paul is probably the best host I have encountered up to this day! Even before I got there he already showed us hospitality going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and a worthy guest. This area is called Highwood. It’s quiet and beautiful, but still central enough to Uber downtown in 10 minutes, or to Kensington in about 7 or 8 minutes.
You are steps from parks and a swimming pool in the summer.
Ample parking out front in the street. You can bike, walk or rollerblade to small coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and pools. You can easily bus, bike, drive, or Uber if you are heading downtown.
