Such a lovely stay! Plenty of space for a family of four. Will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay at The Phenix. It was downtown so easy access to restaurants as well as the children’s discovery center. It is an older building so you can tell with some squeaky floors. I also felt like it had a more hotel feel than an air bnb feel. Although the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, I did miss some of those little personal touches in the room.
This was a great spot our 2 king size bed room was spacious. The beds were separated by a pocket door. The sink was outside of the bathroom. It’s really close to public parking and it’s a nice little area. Even pet friendly. We’d stay here again. Absolutely.

PARKING:
There is no onsite parking. Free street parking from 5pm - 8am Mon-Fri, and weekends. If it snows and they are plowing there is no overnight parking on the street and you will be towed. So then it's best to park at Pickering Square Garage.
Pickering Square Garage @ 100 Broad St. is the nearest public garage. About a 2-3 minute walk. It's $6 a day. Availability and pricing will vary for events/concerts so check the garages website first. The garage is locked on SUNDAY so you will need to pick up the garage key card from the Lobby luggage room to enter and exit the garage on Sundays. We have two guest key cards so please bring it back right after you use it so the next guest can use it.
