Alloggio molto confortevole, pulitissimo, molto vicino al centro. Ben attrezzato e ottimamente arredato. Abbiamo trovato tutto nuovo, letti molto comodi. biancheria di qualità e in più qualche dolcetto di benvenuto. Il terrazzo è ampio e nella bella stagione sarebbe utilizzabile. Che dire, Ana non poteva fare meglio.

Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Sehr komfortable Betten. In der Nähe von Innenstadt und Strand. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Aufzug und Klimaanlage prima. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich, hilfreich und reagiert super schnell. Gerne wieder.

We spent ten days spent in this apartment. Recently renovated to a high standard both in terms of taste and quality of fittings. Good equipment with electric window blinds, effective air conditioning, washing machine, good kitchen facilities, nice bathroom etc. Mattresses are good, firm. Bring your own sharp knife and bottle opener, those supplied are a bit poor. The host left olive oil, salt, coffee, detergent, paper towels, cold water etc, which is very welcome when you just arrive. She guided us to access the place. Linen and towels were good quality. Parking private but not under cover. Train track next door, but it's infrequent, and not disturbing, after a day or so you don't even hear it. Neighbours who sometimes don't like Airbnb are friendly and respectful. Be sure to return the courtesy! Well situated. fresh food shop, bakery next door, beach across the road, town centre with restaurants and shops 10 mins walk. Mille grazie Ana Maria, a wonderful place!

So far, the best AirBnB I have rented! Everything is really like in the pictures and super clean. The owners were there to welcome us, but quickly made us feel at home. Ana Maria gave us good recommendations for the surroundings. The apartment provides extra towels, bed linens and pillows. Big plus, the beach is across the street and you can find fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks and fresh bread at 20 metres. Finally, Ana Maria and her family are quite reactive when we had a question, which we deeply appreciated. We were a family of 6 and I would go back anytime to Ana Maria’s apartment!

It is a very nice apartment, well equipped and clean, newly renovated with very high standard and close to the beach and restaurants. Ana-Maria is a good host, she made us feel welcome and was very helpful with information and recommendations. We are a family of four and it suited us perfect. Therefore we recommend this apartment and the host.
