We've designed this unit for families and groups to make amazing memories. A luxurious and spacious beachfront property that never feels too small or too large. You're able to walk onto the beach right out of your backdoor, just across the bulkhead stairs. Everything you can imagine in a seaside vacation is available in Ocean City and the surrounding areas! Surfing, fishing, biking, hiking, para sailing, sailing, boating.....or simply relaxing. The property consists of two private units that we rent out. Both with private garages, entry, elevator, everything. The units do share the backyard beach entrance.

Our family loved our December stay. The house was amazing - larger than we expected! Perfect for multiple family units. Everything was spotless and the home still smelled like new. Multiple family members were astonished by the view and spent time out on the deck in their winter coats to watch the sunrise and look at the water. Overall, a great value for a great home. We will be back!

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, such as swimming, surfing, paddleboarding, and fishing. The South End is also close to the Corson's Inlet State Park, which offers hiking trails and birdwatching opportunities. Additionally, the South End is situated near the Peck Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, where visitors can observe various species of birds and other wildlife in their natural habitat. Overall, the South End is a great destination for those looking for a relaxing beach vacation with plenty of nearby attractions.
You can easily drive into the property and park in the garage or driveway, two vehicles total, plus there is free street parking all along Central Ave. The Southend of Ocean City NJ is very walkable, the beach and sidewalks both lead to adventures or relaxation. Easily walk to shops or the local wildlife sanctuary. Summer provides area bike rentals as well as the Jitney, a small trolley that takes passengers from one end of town to the other.
