We've designed this unit for families and groups to make amazing memories. A luxurious and spacious beachfront property that never feels too small or too large. You're able to walk onto the beach right out of your backdoor, just across the bulkhead stairs. Everything you can imagine in a seaside vacation is available in Ocean City and the surrounding areas! Surfing, fishing, biking, hiking, para sailing, sailing, boating.....or simply relaxing. The property consists of two private units that we rent out. Both with private garages, entry, elevator, everything. The units do share the backyard beach entrance.

Beautiful Beachfront Oasis! This home was absolutely spectacular and a great place for a family vacation; from the open floor plan to the game room to the back yard lawn area was just perfect for kids and adults.
Everything about this home was perfect for our family! The accessibility to the beach and the gorgeous view was unbeatable! Beach chairs and boogie boards were supplied, which was SO helpful! The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to leave! We cannot wait to come back again!
This house is absolutely amazing! It is located right on the beach, very comfortable common space as well as large balcony and grass area for grilling and play. Host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels and chairs. Minutes away from the boardwalk and walking distance to local eateries and ice cream. Though the house is so great you will not want to leave!

Additionally, the South End is situated near the Peck Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, where visitors can observe various species of birds and other wildlife in their natural habitat. Overall, the South End is a great destination for those looking for a relaxing beach vacation with plenty of nearby attractions.
You can easily drive into the property and park in the garage or driveway, two vehicles total, plus there is free street parking all along Central Ave. The Southend of Ocean City NJ is very walkable, the beach and sidewalks both lead to adventures or relaxation. Easily walk to shops or the local wildlife sanctuary. Summer provides area bike rentals as well as the Jitney, a small trolley that takes passengers from one end of town to the other.
