We stayed at Marks for a couple of days and enjoyed our stay. Mark's place is easy to find and situated in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of parking space for me to park my boat and the inside was nice and clean, exactly as described. We would love to stay at this location in the future.

Mark lives on site but you wouldn't know so unless you need him. He is very respectful of privacy, and also very helpful if asked or needed! I had a Walmart order delivered that showed up before I did, Mark was super helpful and called me when they piled the groceries by the front door, and asked if I wanted him to put them inside! Thanks a million for that Mark, it was so hot out and the milk definitely wouldn't have faired well! I'll definitely be checking on this property first thing for availability when I visit the bullhead area in the future. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peacefull hideaway close to everything!

Great place. Perfect for our trip as we needed a place to rest and quickly continue in the morning. Was happily surprised that snacks were available and there were clear instructions for everything we may have needed for the stay. Will definitely be returning for future trips.

We stopped overnight in Bullhead city so we would be near to Oatman to see the donkeys. This is the perfect location if you are traveling to Oatman. Mark and his wife were 2 of the nicest hosts we have ever had. Upon check in we had one little issue which they responded to and resolved immediately. The bed and was really comfortable and the linens were so soft. They were so kind and caring. We would definitely stay in their adorable apartment again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

About 2 blocks off of Hwy. 95 yet relatively quiet. Walmart is 1/2 mile away. Host is cool, lives on-site, but respects your privacy. If you’re not into motel rooms this is a good alternative.
