Asked host ahead of time if there would be Christmas decorations up. She states yes but there was nothing on arrival. Also had issues with jacuzzi. It was not turned on prior to our arrival. Had to flip switches to get it to work, even after that the jets were blowing cold water. No trash bags, no sponges to wash dishes, and no soap bathrooms. I was very disappointed

This house was rented for our son, daughter in law and our two grandchildren 12 and 15. They came to visit from California for Thanksgiving week. They throughly enjoyed the house and the pool. The house had plenty of room and was very comfortable for them.

Host accepted then messaged me saying the house wasn’t available. Then tried to get me to cancel so I’d have to pay the cancellation fees and not the host. Took 3 days and 6 phone calls to get the host cancelled without me paying fees. Why accept if your going to cancel anyways
