Ski- 30 Minutes - Madison - 40 Minutes ☀☀BEDROOMS☀☀ This two-story home with a finished basement has 3 comfortable bedrooms to make you feel relaxed during your stay. On the main level you’ll find a king bed, dresser, closet and a Roku TV. The other bedrooms are on the second floor. One has a queen bed, closet, writing desk and room darkening curtains. The other features two full sized beds, closet, room darkening curtains and Roku TV. The basement family room sofa converts to a queen bed and there is a full size air mattress in the closet just in case. Note: there is no bathroom on the second floor. For our tiniest guests we have a mini crib with a 3" firm mattress, waterproof mattress cover, sheets, a pack-n-play and baby gates. ☀☀BATHROOMS☀☀ This home is outfitted with 2 bathrooms. One located on the main floor and the other in the basement. Each has newly updated curbed (4") walk-in showers, fresh towels, make-up wash cloths, blow dryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. For the little ones, we have a baby bathtub (newborn-24mo) and a potty seat for the toilet. ☀☀KITCHEN, DINING & SITTING ROOM☀☀ The main level has an open-concept layout. The kitchen has all the essentials you’ll need to whip up your favorite dishes with dinnerware for at least 8. Enjoy coffee your way…we have Keurig, drip, French press and pour over options available. The dining area is situated just off the kitchen for convenient serving with an extendable table that comfortably seats 6. Relax and reconnect with family and friends after a day of exploring and enjoy natural lighting and wildlife viewing from the large picture window in the living room. For our traveling parents with little ones, we have a swing tray booster chair (6mo-50lbs) & baby and kids dinnerware. ☀☀LIVING ROOM & ACTIVITY AREA☀☀ In the finished basement you’ll find the perfect space to enjoy a movie or your favorite show on the 65” smart TV. Don’t forget your ow log-in info! The sofa converts to a queen bed and there is a self inflating full size air mattress tucked away just in case you need a 6th bed. Warm up to the electric fireplace or bring out the mats for some morning yoga. There is fun and games to be had in the activity area or bring the laptop down for some creative writing. This space is your’s to make it whatever you want! We have a pack-n-play and some toys for our younger guests. ☀☀OUTDOOR SPACE☀☀ Step outside onto the brand new deck located just off the dining room featuring a propane/gas 2-burner grill, gas fire pit table, patio table for 4 with umbrella shade and chairs (6). We have the utensils such as tongs, flipper, thermometer and grill scraper plus telescoping forks for S’mores. See who’s best at a game of corn hole, ladder toss or giant Jenga! ☀☀PARKING☀☀ There is plenty of parking for the allowed 3 vehicles and room for a trailer or boat. There is no street parking. The driveway is dirt/gravel with part of it having a moderately steep slope. All Wheel Drive is recommended in winter months as this section can get icy. ☀☀INTERNET/CABLE☀☀ There is reliable high speed internet throughout the home. All 3 TVs are Smart Roku TVs. Pick up where you left off on your favorite show as we do not provide Netflix, Hulu, etc. or cable so don't forget your log-in information! There is a 65” in the basement family room, 43” in the master/king bed bedroom, 43” in the bedroom with 2 double beds. ☀☀LAUNDRY☀☀ Washer and Dryer are available for use. 2 pods and dryer sheets will be available but bring more detergent if you expect to get extra dirty on the trails or are sensitive to detergents. ☀☀SAFETY & SECURITY☀☀ Your safety is important to us. For that reason, we've installed the mentioned security cameras at the entrances to the home as well as smoke, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers. There are also fire escape ladders located in each room on the second floor.
