Our two children, our dog, my husband and myself stayed for 2 days at the Shepards hut. It was more than we expected it to be when we arrived. The weather was quite bad but it didn’t matter the children thought it was a magical den ! Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked every night and made a lovely fire in the wood burner. Shower was great ! We would like to come back again when the weather is better to enjoy the outside more. Lots of lovely little touches to make you feel at home in the hut. Thanks again Amy

Myself and my partner loved the Hut. Was extremely cold but the log burner was fabulous! Lexi was very kind and helpful. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the outside areas more, especially the hammock and the fire pit. Thank you for a lovely peaceful weekend away.

We stayed between Christmas and New year and it was perfect. So peaceful and the area surrounding it beautiful. The hut its self has everything you need and is spotlessly clean definitely returning to try it out in the summet has the outdoor area it amazing. There are a couple of wildlife parks nearby aswell if you like that sort of thing and some lovely little shop in the town nearby.

Absolutely well worthwhile, such a lovely cozy place to be in and when you get the fire going it gets hot! Lexi was very responsive and gave clear instructions on getting in and sorted and was such a lovely experience, would definitely come back.
