Lovely well equipped, clean, private cottage. It had everything needed for a peaceful break while we attended a family event. We enjoyed watching the chickens peacefully roaming the garden from the cottage window and enjoyed the fresh eggs, thank you. Situated in Woodhall Spa, a beautiful gem that we had never discovered before. The whole area was beautiful. We will definitely return to the area and explore more. We stopped in Louth on our way home. Its well worth a visit on Market day too.

Chris is a superb host who ensures you are comfortable at the Clockhouse. The Clockhouse is a brilliant self-contained dwelling which is extremely clean and everything you would want or need for your stay. It is also ideally located for local amenities, attractions and walking routes.

Just back from a 2 night Wedding Anniversary break. The Clock House is a faaabulous home from home, well equipped accommodation. Each room, & very spacious rooms at that, were spotlessly clean & with all the necessary extras that make for a great stay. Loved seeing the chickens roam free from the window ( & the eggs were delish!!) Chris was a welcoming host & available if needed. Woodhall Spa was a pleasant stroll from the property & we also visited Lincoln for the day. Ate at The Wheatsheaf at Hubberts Bridge, which was great. All in all, made our much needed break away, a most relaxing one - Thank you x.

The location is great and the accommodation was just what we needed for a short weekend break for 2 of us. The chickens were so quiet we would never have known so many of them were on the doorstep and receiving some fresh eggs from them on arrival was a lovely touch. Chris was very responsive and helpful. Id recommend visiting the tea house in the woods which Chris told us about, we had a gorgeous afternoon tea here and the food was lovely at leagate inn which is a short drive. Thanks for having us :)
