This is our second stay at the same cottage as we have family in the area. Lovely place in a great location so close to local amenities and the beach, clean, well equipped and great communication. Will definitely be back!

We came to Sussex for a wedding. The house was situated well for that. It was easy to find coming in via Arundel. The house had all the basics that are necessary for a holiday. It was opposite a lot of take aways if you don't feel like cooking. If you don't mind a short walk, Goring beach is only about 10 minutes away. Parking is around the back of the house, and is quite tight. We have a small car so were OK, it may not be suitable for a large car. Julia was very prompt at answering any enquires. Overall, it was a good little place to stay.

We had a great stay at Julia's cottage. it was very very clean and extremely cosy. At the same time it feels very spacious. The double bed was very comfortable, and our son slept really well in the other bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is comfortable. The property's parking space is tricky to get in and out of, but it really doesn't matter because there is lots of street parking very close by.

I had a wonderful stay at Julia’s. She has all you need there. The space is amazing and the decor I just loved. The place was comfortable and I felt right at home. I had great sleeps. Everything you need is near by and Sea Lane cafe (a wonderful cafe on the seafront) is not that long of a walk if one wants to head there which I recommend. Bus stop right outside, train station not too far away, Sainsbury’s a couple mins walk away, also fish and chip shop and post office etc. There’s nothing anyone can complain about this place. Julia was great and always responsive. She’s also a really friendly and lovely person. Thank you Julia.
