After reading couple of negative I was very scared to book this property but I still went with positive ones and I’m extremely happy to share my family experience as per the location it’s very convenient easy access to twin towers,batu caves, zoo and even Genting highland. You want general shopping it’s right downstairs food,restaurants etc. 2 car parking very helpful as we drive our own. Property is very private and very new as an Indian family we like to cook our own food upon request host even provided pressure cooker. Lenin was very clean and apartment was thoroughly clean and toiletries were provided. I believe the property is just newly renovated which is plus point. Sofa was huge easily can accommodate 8-10 people sometimes at such properties you find only 2 seaters only,privacy was there due to property location and last but not least the twin tower view from the apartment is worth every single penny I mean at this price you can’t find such property. Highly recommended 👍

Smelly toilet. Dusty floor. Dusty blanket.. Fierce host. If u want fast response host, dnt expect too much. TQ.

Good stay , building amenities top tier. Family of 5 easy access too whatever you needed walking distance, especially if your new to Malaysia and don’t know too much. Overall good stay. Can’t say anything negative, the only problem I had which wasn’t really a problem or gave me any trouble wish the hot water in the shower was Hotter.

Very disappointed staying here for 2 nights. 1) hairs were found in bedroom. Upon informing, the owner sent cleaner to clean the hair. 2) trash left behind by previous people. Found behind the sofa and in coffee table drawer. 3) cups used previously were not washed properly. 4) the most terrible incident we encountered was the toilet smelled like sewer which can be smelled all over the house. Owner seemed to be aware of this issue and yet he can be so irresponsible. The smell was so terrible. 5) During our stay, the opposite unit was doing some renovation works and it was so noisy as early as 8 am. The owner of this unit please be considerate to improve on the cleanliness and take my above comments seriously before you open for reservations. We are paying money to stay here and it's not free. Overall very disappointed and not recommended.

great place to stay. just below you can buy some groceries and also below or across have eatery places.
