Entire family enjoyed our stay.
La casa está bien, pero no recomiendo alquilar casa manejadas por un tercero, les envié correo y llame para decir que había un hueco en una pared, raya en las pared, una cama se reventó la pieza de abajo y no recibí respuesta, son muy malos anfitriones, recomiendo alquilar directamente con los propietarios que siempre están atentos para ayudarte.
Only complaints were the floors weren't clean. We also paid for early check in at 3pm, but couldn't enter the property until 325pm as property management were still on premises. We did not receive a code to the door until after 4pm along with the wifi information that was incorrect.
House layout worked well for our family, good location, parking was difficult, We had 5 vehicles, roads are narrow and most other houses had 3 or more vehicles making road ways tight.
Nice neighborhood, resort amenities were nice. We felt the home was left a little dirty. Appliances were not wiped down, countertops were not cleaned well. Some of the games were unusable, pool table was short missing balls, sticks missing tips, PS 5 controllers, oculus would not charge. The biggest issue we had was the pool. We contacted them 2 days ahead to remind them to turn on the heater (at an extra charge) long story short, It never did work, after contacting them many times it was still never fixed, slow response time and lack of consideration was a source of frustration. If you are planning a vacation and want the pool to be part of it, this is not the place. Also ants around the pool, my young grandchildren were bitten several times.(I was told the money for pool heating would be refunded) House was very large, lots of room for everyone, we had 11 people and had plenty of room.

Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.
