My group of friends gathered here to watch the 2024 Eclipse and had a great time. The property is accurately described, with plenty of room for large groups and absolutely beautiful views of Lake Erie from the backyard. The best aspect of this property is the beautiful private beach! We walked it every morning and sat by the fire at night. Marcus was very responsive and helpful, and even provided complimentary firewood. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved getting to explore Ashtabula.

Great house with lots of room! Loved the guest book with options of what to do, where to eat and other great information on Ashtabula! If I had any questions Marcus was quick to answer and help! Would love to stay again when it’s warmer to utitlize the lake right out back!

My husband & I got married here. i had hoped for an outdoor ceremony but inside worked wonderfully. We chose this location for the lake view, roomy accommodations and the pool table. Granted it's February, but some of us still walked down to the cold, rough lake. We loved it! Having 3 spacious bathrooms loaded with all the necessities was perfect. I personally loved that the bed was loaded with so many large & comfy pillows and it was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. Our guests had such a great time, that some want to book there themselves. We could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for our wedding. The place was perfect for the occasion. Marcus was incredibly accommodating and communicative, contributing to an overall positive experience.
