We really enjoyed Chris’s place. It was located close to everything — within a 10-minute ride to GOL, the beach, the park, and the wineries. The room were spacious and clean. There was everything for the beach in the house, which we really appreciated as we spend a couple of hours at the beach. The check in and the check out were quick and simple.

We had a great time visiting the area and the house had plenty of space and amenities for our families. We enjoyed the fire pit out back too! It’s also very close to Ashtabula which is worth a visit.

Good pet-friendly place for a large group. We stayed 2 nights. What we liked: - Good A/C and ceiling fans in each room - A lot of parking - Good privacy, a good distance apart from neighbors - Kitchen and bathroom amenities (except for no dishwasher, and we couldn't find the wine opener; both solvable) - A large dining room table - Firepit looked nice though we were not able to enjoy it due to the weather We we didn't like: - Issues getting in and out of the house (luckily Chris was responsive to our messages and we were locked out for no more than 15 min) - The hot water is EXTREMELY hot - if you have kids in the group (we did not), please make a note of this - Not a whole lot of couch seating for a large group
